Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return:

- Return Shipping: We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please send items back to the address we provide.
Important: Items sent back without a return request won’t be accepted.
Damages & Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can help.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (like food or plants)
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it and make a new purchase for the item you want.
EU Customers
If you’re in the European Union, you can return items within 14 days for any reason, as long as they are unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll receive your refund within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process it. If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
